Good Day,

I'm not receiving a notification e-mail when entering a service request.

Can someone help me out?

I've submitted several requests over the past few months, and don't ever remember getting an e-mail notification.  I submit via the Web, and when I do, a message pops up giving my SR # and the phone number to call if I have chosen telephone support.  [Oh, did you choose e-mail support?  Yes, then I do remember getting an e-mail ...].

 

Could you have chosen Telephone Support?  You can find out by going to Support.ni.com, and choosing "Manage your Requests".  You should see all of your recent requests, along with its "Owner" and Status.
