Hi,
In the intensity graph, the x y values are the element numbers for the corresponding z value in a 2D array. So they must be integers tehn. Is there a way to plot an intensity graph, where the x y values are decimal.

Yes, just set x0 and dx of the axes according to your actual known data spacing.
