on importing code from labview 6.1 to 7.1 there is more memory consumption in historical view and also system hangs

there is no problem in online views but i opens historical view then consumption of memory continuously increasing and atlast system hangs up also the number of data points increases too much how i can resolve it . there is no problem with labview 6.1 but on importing this to 7.1 then occurs the above problem

Can you provide more details...  What does your system do?  What's the setup?  What hardware?  Where's the logged data coming from?  Where and how is it being saved?  How are you retrieving and displaying it?  Are you using DSC?  Etc. . . .

i  m reading meterdata using modbus protocol and transfer them to tcp port 11111 from there labview logging and validate and every 1 hour transfer to oracle

And what is slowing down the system?  What are you importing?  Unless you provide as many details as possible, it will be difficult for people here to help you.  We are all trying to help each other (for free!) -- because we love LabVIEW!  I hope you understand this and write back with full details (at least 2000 words.. just kidding )

i m usiny data viewer to show my historical data which are logged using labview in 6.1 no problem but in 7.1 it continuously consump memory

and in end shows message that not enough memory available to complete task.

i m using these vi's  "Legacy_get_historical_trend_info.vi,Legacy_read_historical_trend.vi,Legacy_decimate_historical_trend.vi and Legacy_historical_trend_statistics.vi" for showing my meter data points.
