one-shot for audio feedback

Using LV 7.0...

I've got a 30 second loop. In the loop, sliders are used to control the On & Off timing of four valves. During the first half of the loop, the valves will turn on. During the second half, the valves will turn off.

I need to add audio feedback, such that a sound is played when the first of any of the valves turns on and then again when the first of any of the valves turns off. The sound should only play once per each On and Off cycle. The sequence and number of valves that are on or off in each cycle can vary, but shouldn't affect how many times the sound is played.

I've got the sound function down. I just need to figure out how to play the sound only once (not continuously) when any of the valve outputs goes active.

I'd appreciate any help...

If you will place the "beep.vi" inside a case structure you will be able to set a T/F to control on which loops the sound happens.

Here's a one shot tool that triggers off a boolean value. When "boolean 1" goes true, "boolean 2" goes true only one time, even if boolean 1 remains in the true state.

I got this little one-shot piece of code from the guys on here and it works!

Could you save it in v7.0?
Thanks...
