I have no idea what that means.

From your picture, I guess you are triggering on an edge (can't figure out which one - irrelevent, though) and a level of 1 V.  How is it supposed to trigger on a 30 mV signal?

i was changed the level to 0.1 v and 0.01 and the problem is the same ,but when i change the vertical range to 0.02  after disblocking the oscilloscope the scope  run correctly

when i changed the signal from 1v to 30mv without changing the vertical range to 0.02 the scope was blocked

Why don't you just restate the whole problem you are having as explicitly as possible instead of breaking it into 50 one-line posts?  I have no idea what your last post means.

Well, we haven't really helped much because we are having a hard time trying to understand the problem.  Just restate the problem you are having and all the stuff you tried in one post.  It's impossible to string all your one-line posts into one coherent thought.

I'm sure we can be of much better help if you do that.  🙂

That kind of makes sense.  The higher the voltage scale, the less resolution you have.  So for your really small signals, it is likely that the trigger was not actually found since you are within just a few bits at the higher range.  By changing the voltage range to something lower, you have more resolution and are more likely to find an actual trigger at the lower amplitudes.

In general, I try to make my signals use the full vertical range of the oscilloscope.  That way you get the best resolution possible for that signal.
