outlook email

Hi,

I am using labview to send outlook email. How to get the program to overcome the message " program is trying to send email on your behalf. do you allow this?". I want LV to accept this and send mail automatically.

Do you actuially want LV to send emails through Outlook?  (ie, because of a mailing list, etc).

Or do you want LV to send emails?  ( regardless of Outlook)

---  also... do you want to send unsolicited emails?  ---  or are the emails destined for few people?  ---

In other words, can you describe what you wish to achieve using LV to send emails?

Tiger, if you look on the thread you linked to there is a reply my MeganB which gives the documentation on the security settings in Outlook. This is where you need to look to find the answer. Let us know what you find.
