In your Amp Tester.vi, the output of High_Wave(SubVI).vi, which is a constant 5V is connected to DAQ Box Outputs2 indicator. The Make waveform.vi is called before High_Wave(SubVI).vi. Kindly look at your block diagram

I did so because I wanted to split both the parts, i.e. generate the signal for 7 seconds, then route the signal flow to both the remaining signal genration( for about 15 seconds) and also the second loop. To be more clear, execute both the loops simultaneously.So I tried generating the pulse waveform and then leaving the Output 2 ON i.e. a DC waveform ,I simultanously tried executing the second part(Bottom part) of my program.

And about the previous post, I checked with my scope and I'm didn't find any error with it too..tried aseveral scopes too but still I dont see any output waveform.

U want me to trigger the scope internally before outputting the waveform??

In the Output_2.vi, I am able to see the waveform indicator getting updated with proper waveform (refer screenshot). I don't have a DAQ to test the output. Are you getting this waveform in the indicator? The only change I made is, I used constant values (refer to rose coloured comment in screenshot) instead of the output of random period.vi (since you didn't attach in your post). So kindly make the change and check.
