My application developped on Labview 7.1  is not working well with PcAnywhere 11.5

the entire system (CPU) is slowding down (UP 100%) without Pcanywhere Ok 33%......

Someone have an idia of param or related issues with thoses two products......

Hi Jjcimon,

I don't know why Pcanywhere is not working well, maybe its technology is different than the other similars tools.... but if you want, i recommend you to use "Remote Desktop" for remote monitoring or controling PCs under Win Xp (tool that comes with...)  there are very good information about that in this site and NI recommend this tool too.
We had the same problems using "VNC" and now we are using Win Xp - Remote Desktop Connection without problems.

Just a note on Remote Desktop.

Altough I also use it, there is one big disadvantage in Remote Desktop. If you access a pc, it is locked.

So if I want to do something on a computer in the production-area, where workers need to see the screen, it is locked. The worker unlocks it and I'm kicked out.
If you want to explain something remotely (by showing things on the screen with the mouse), you can't do it - also because the remote station is locked.
