pcb inspection help

I need to detect inverse placement of components in a pcb but can figure out how to  do it.

i attach the image of the component i need to detect.

how can i do this ?  i am using pattern match to detect the components.

Are you really taking images of your board from whatever angle is depicted in the Image you showed for the Template?  You should also have attached an Image of the board showing the "target" (so we can better understand the relationship of the Image and the desired "part").
