pci 5105 - self test has failed!

Hello,

I'm using NI PCI-5105. I try to start it by NI-MAX -> Test Panels, but error message "The device self test has failed. Do you want to continue?". When I choose in NI-MAX -> Self-Test, there is an error message "The device self test has failed. The error report from the device driver is as follows: Error -200313 occured at Self-Test" and "Possible Reasons(s)" is empty. 

Few days ago this device worked properly.

Did you follow the steps on Page 13 of the Manual, ""What Should I Do If The Module Fails the Self-Test?"?  If it continues to fail, maybe it is "broken" -- the Error code is Hardware Clocking Error Occurred, and suggests that if you cannot fix it, to contact National Instruments Support.
