I am going to do my mini project on pH monitoring using lab view.May I get some suggestions how to proceed further.

Your question is rather generic so you get a generic answer:

1. Buy a pH sensor.
2. Connect it to a (DAQ) device able to read its output signal.
3. Use LabVIEW to get the reading of that (DAQ) device.
4. Do anything you want with the read values…

The red part can be dangerous !

Raw pH sensors need a high impedance input! Not all DAQs have that!

Either get a pH sensor with in-build circuitry to offer a low impedance signal or you will need to buy a pH meter and interface with that (USB, RS-232...)
