So you want to take a measurement that requires exitation.  NO Problem, the code you showed would do that just fine IF

 

And why not, lets make that a big IF

 

If the hardware has the capability to excite a sensor!  a 6001 does not include such hardware and no code in the world will make the device grow hardware it does not have.

What hardware do you actually have now. That code shows a cRAW reference. Do you have a source for an external excitation if you are still using the device you originally said you were?

i didnt understand what do you mean by external excitation . I took this example from the ni exapmles . i cannot use it  for converting from voltage to psi ?

You took it from an example that is using the proper hardware for your sensor. You don't have hardware that can use the sensor. Have you done any research at all on the sensor(s) you want to use? You need to understand what the sensor needs for stimulus in order to provide a measurement.
