pic test bed using labview

Im a final year student, my project is called 'PIC test bed using Labview'. I just started using Labview about  2 months ago. I have some text and used on line examples so far. I will love for you to elaborate on this project so i can have more understanding on how initialize my project?

Its been two months out of an allocated ten. After research,I understand that I will use the Labview software to drive some components on an ELVIS. So far I have been getting acquainted with the software. I think I'm confident enough to use it. But halted at the moment...
