plug-in information in Linux

Solved!
Go to solution

Hi,

I am looking for plug-in information for LabVIEW in Linux as we are getting an error "Unsupported Item, The plug-in for the selcted item is not installed on your system or  plug-in has expired License". The thing is we could not be able to see the Build -> Installer option on the project file. We do have Licensed version of Professional Development System and hopefully haven't excedded the allowed number of Installation of LabVIEW 8.6.

Please do help me.

Thanks in Advance,

Vivek

I suppose you need a licence. Check it in your licence manager abt the status.

As the LabVIEW help explains, the creation of an installer is not supported by Linux. It is windows only.

Hi Dennis,

Thnaks for your support. Now I came to know absence of Installer option in Linux OS. What we can try is we create an Application to deploy the code.

Thanks,

Vivek
