polar plot in a GIF or JPEG image

hello all, I'm trying to draw a compass with Labview.

I've drawn the needle with the polar plot control but I would like to
have this kind of picture on the background of the compass:

I don't succeed in drawing this picture. Can someone help me?

Instead of drawing this picture yourself, you can use picture palette functions (Read JPG Files.vi, etc.) to load this picture into picture control. Then you can draw anything you want on top of this picture.
