port 32 error in windows 7

Hello; I  am a new user of labview. I want to use a .VI that properly works in windows xp.But when I run this .VI in windows 7, an error at port 32 is displayed. (This .VI is a driver for a hardware that controls some laboratory instruments. Also my labview version is 10.0 32bit (2010) and my os is windows 7 ultimate copy right 2009 service pack1 ).
Error: -4850 Occured at In port 32.Vi
