i am troubleshooting an old application and need to find how to activate probes in version 3.1. thx

I don't remember where it was in LabVIEW 3, but in later versions under VI properties and the Execution category, there is an option to "Allow Debugging". This has to be selected to use probes.

I think in LV 3 you click on wire and select Create/Probe as in new versions.
