problem with NI-DAQmx Device Driver version change

Hello, i have a problem with the NI-DAQmx Device Driver, I want to downrade it from 22.5 to 21.0 to be compatible with the driver on my cRio9056. When I install the older version, the package manager shows me the correct version, but in ni-max is still the old "NI-DAQmx Device Driver 22.5". does nayone hase an idea how to change the version of this driver?

Where drivers are concerned, I believe (but am not 100% certain!) that LabVIEW will use the most recent version that is otherwise compatible with your code.  So if you have Driver 21.0 and Driver 22.5, when LabVIEW loads your Code (using LabVIEW 21.0), it will use the most recent version of the Driver, namely Driver 22.5.  To "force" it to use Driver 21.0, you may have to ask NIPM to remove Driver 22.5.

I'd wait a day before you take this step -- if I'm completely wrong in my suggestion above, someone will (almost certainly) set us straight ...
