Has anybody used Black Box 8 post 232/422/485 Comm card (IC978C) successfully with Labview 7.1 and VISA. We are currently doing so and have frequent error and communication failure we can account for. I thinking it may be a drive issue so I may have to go with an NI product(s) to get similar functionality.
Hello, What errors do you see? I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of NI-VISA if you haven't already done so. You can find the appropriate upgrade for your Operating System here. Hope this helps.
