The WHERE clause can have all kinds of conditions. You can say WHERE Project = 'rig' AND part = 'somethingelse'. That's why I recomended that you track down a SQL language tutotial. The syntax is fairly large and you can do quite complex queries. The Microsoft Access help might even have a section on SQL syntax.
