"Call Library Function" doesn't find all functions from .dll

When I add an "Call Library Function.vi", and set library path to ...vportal2.dll, "function name"-listbox only shows 4 functions. I'm trying to use vportal2.dll (by Logitech), and I have full API documentation stating that vportal2.dll should contain function "PrepareControl" and many more. String "PrepareControl" can be found inside vportal2.dll file usign "Search and Replace" utility. Why LabView fails to find these functions from dll?

With some DLLs, certain functions don't show up in the combobox, but are still available if you type them in. Try manually typing in "PrepareControl" and see if the VI will run.
