Can you check if you have the following registry key on any of the affected computers:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\CC157286-E7A0-4CDA-BF36-7BDDF4D54022

Problem solved. I deleted the 3d plot and inserted a new one. Now everything works fine including the installer on other computers. Wish I had thought of that before wasting 3 days.
