I have LabVIEW version 12.0 and I'm having the same problem. Which version of xilinx should I install?

What hardware are you trying to program ?

The best option is to install both version of the FPGA compilation tool.

You need 10.1 and 13.4. A search in the driver section gives this:

I am trying to compile to a PXI-7813R, which has conected 3 C-Series Expansion Modules with diferents IO Targets in each module.
