Hi,
I am running Labview 8.2.1 to control Agilent 33220A Arbitrary Waveform Generator via TCP/IP. The drivers are downloaded from NI
http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=104
It runs well most of the time, but occasionally I got error-1073807343.
The error code is:
"Error-1073807343 occurred at VISA Open in ag33xxx-Initialize.vi->Transmit Same Frequency & Acquire Waveform_2010.03.03.vi"
And the error explanation:
"VISA (Hex 0xBFFF0011) Insufficient location information or the device or resource is not present in the system"
I already checked this similar topic, but I still don't know how to solve my problem.

It is really annoying and I have no idea how it happens. I am wondering if anyone know how to solve that. Thanks so much...

Hi Qlong,
Are you able to see your device in MAX? If so, what is the alias under which it appears? Also, does the device populate correctly in the LabVIEW application? Finally, is there any noticeable pattern to when the error occurs? Does it occur whenever a specific action is performed?
