"wrong OS or OS version"

I tried to install the Labview 7.0 runtime on an embedded NT system.
After 56% of the installation prgcess I got an error message:Wrong OS or OS version for application

What is wrong ? Is embedded NT not supported by LV 7.0?
The LV 6.1 runtime can be installed without any problems

Probably a problem of the MSI installer. Newer MSI versions are known to
be picky about the OS they run on. Maybe you can get an upgrade of the
MSI engine from Microsoft and install it on the embedded system so that
all the functionality is there, which the installer requires.
