random number with upper limit

Even if the numbers are less than 45, there is a non-zero chance that they will be equal. What is the purpose of this exercise? How do you run this?

but, if i have other random Number...

who  to guarantee that not have  the same number thet the first?

You can generate other random numbers in a loop and exit the loop once it is different and keep the final number.

     I understand that he wanna 2 random number but with 1 always under 45.
