report generation while converting from 8.6 to 8.2

dear friends,

i have developed the code for report generation in LabVIEW 8.6.

I converted the same code from  LabVIEW 8.6 to 8.2.After conversion it is giving the message like some of the VI's are not found in 8.2.All the VI's which are available in LAbVIEW 8.6 in "NIReport.llb" are not available in 8.2.

What to do?

Can u please help me in this regard

You have not specified whether you have multiple versions of LabVIEW on the same computer? I suspect you do, so the solution that I'll give you will relate to it. The Report Generation Toolkit will only install on the latest version of LabVIEW on your computer. If you want it to work for multiple versions on the same machine, follow the instructions in the attached KB article:
