How I can reset ni user password? I forgot the user and password to configure security for domain.

I don't know what a "ni user password" is.

Do you mean the online password for your user profile? You can reset it here.

Well, at last I remembered my password. It seems that this tool is not connected to any other server besides labview http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/3322.

It is indeed an independant user access system in terms of Windows user accounts or whatever. But it can be distributed accross machines if you need to do that. However you should probably contact your local NI office or representative. While I'm pretty sure there is a possibility to reset the password by someone with physical access to the computer, it's quite understandable that this information is not meant to be published out in the wild.
