I opened this thread http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Programmatically-clear-cursors/m-p/3185402#M922142 where I posted a sample VI you can use to reproduce the problem.
It might be that I am doing something wrong in the code and the issue doesn't have anything to do with LabView. If this is the case, I would be really grateful if anyone could advise about how I should fix the code.
