reshape with daqmx

We use a Daqmx PCI 6251 to acquire and send signal to generate pulse (for measurement strain), But i need to reshape frequency of pulses because is too high.How can i do it?

I didn't understand completely your question.

I assume you're using a counter of the PCI 6251 in order to generate the pulse train. If you want to vary the frequency of the train, performing a PWM you can take a look at the following link:
