resource allocation in cognitive radio

I am working on project of "HARDWARE IMPLEMENTATION  OF ENERGY EFFICIENT RESOURCE ALLOCATION IN COGNITIVE RADIO USIND LABVIEW AND USRP" .Uptill now i am doing litreature survey of the topic and recently trying to make the transmitter and receiver using ofdm system using LabVIEW. Please suggest for how to make it related to resourse allocation scheme.Please give suggesion for this topics
