One of my vis is giving this error message and will not
get open, that means I got no access to the code.
what can I do to solve this problem

Does the VI have a graph with a log scale? Was the VI written in a previous version of LabVIEW? If so, try changing the scale to linear, save the VI, and then open it in 6.0.2.

If you still have problems I would suggest sending the VI to an NI Engineer.
