send command via tcp

When i do some test a got no error but the emmebed don't receive the command!!! Any idea?!

Everything is fine . It work like a charm!!!!!! but i use UDP ... One more question, how i can take a number in a string. I would like

to convert a string to numeric (i got only the value i want in the string)
