simple waveforms for voltage input

my test is simple. using a load and a voltmeter I am doing a pulse test on my battery. ( to say 1A for 1 minute). my question is how i can see the voltage on a waveform during pulse?

Hi mpower,

Welcome to the NI discussion forums.  I have a couple of questions for you:

  1. Are you going to use LabVIEW to display the waveform graph?
  2. What NI hardware are you using to acquire your data?  Is it an NI digital multi-meter or another type of NI data acquisition card?
  3. If you are using NI hardware, which hardware drivers (like NI-DAQmx are you using?)

Any additional details you could provide would be helpful

Assuming that you are using LabVIEW to display your voltage on a waveform graph there are several example programs in LabVIEW that can get you started. They can all be accessed by opening LabVIEW then going to Help >> Find Examples.  You can then browse or search for examples of how to plot waveform graphs.  For example, if you are using the NI-DAQmx driver with a NI DAQ card you could go to Hardware Input and Output >> DAQmx >> Analog Measurements >> Voltage and look at the several examples there.
