Joe:
I think the cb-68 is just a connector break out box that accomodates many different DAQ cards. Do you know the model number of the DAQ card itself?

Hai, i just bought a CB-68LP Connector but i don't understand where the input (pin number) is and where the ouput (pin number) is . I have searched through NI site about the pin information, number of channel but i can not find it.
For instance i want to measure a DC Voltage from power supply ex 12 Volt. And i want to acquire that voltage to my computer through CB-68LP. What pin i have to use to connect +12V and ground?
ANyway, my model number of DAQ is 184479E-02. Thank alot you for your information.

The connections you use depend on the DAQ board and the documentation that came with the DAQ board explain the pinout. The CB-68 is just a dumb terminal block. There is a 1:1 correspondance between the pins on the CB-68LP and the pins of the DAQ. You provided a part number instead of a model number (i.e. PCI-6225) and I have no way of cross-referencing that.
I hope you bought a DAQ board that has the input range necessary for +12V.

Thank you for your informationn and answers but i still confuse about the difference analog I/O and Digital I/O. Is that mean the pci 6601 can not measure the analog input? Does pci 6601 have ADC (Analog to Digital Converter)?
Yesterday, i tried to measure a room temperatur with termocouple (T Type). I connected the Termocouple to the CB-68LP (dumb terminal block) and i use DAQ Assistant in Labview. But when i opened the properties of DAQ Assistant and then i clicked analog input, there was no physical channel supported. What should i do so that the analog voltage from termocouple can be obtained?
Please help me for this problem. Thanks alot.

Just to clarify Jmarotta asked about analog I/O, which he is able to do since he is using the PCI-6036E. It was Darmawan who provided the part number for the PCI-6601, which does not support analog I/O. If there are further questions about this issue, please post back.
