sine to ttl conversion

Hi,

        I want to convert   

                                            1) a 10MHz sine wave to 10MHz TTL

                                          2)a  180MHz sine wave to 180MHz TTL

Is there any circuit or IC available for the above two conversions independently or together.

I would suggest a "simple" (180MHz ) comparator circuit using OpAmps. You could adjust amplification and other parameters, that (may) come into play too...

As GerdW said what I posted isn't a labview related question.I was looking for an apppropriate board.so, I posted on

multiple boards hoping If could get answer from any one of tyhe boards.Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
