sloenoid control valve

Hi all

I want to trigger a small sloenoid control valve. i am using a LHL series of LEE control valve, and i am using NI USB 6501 as the interface,,,,i have driver circuit for which i need to give inputs in binary such tht 1-0 ouput should be 0-0,,,0-1 should be 0(0V)- 1(5v),,,and 0-0 should be 1(-5v)- 0(0v)

could any one help me???
