smartec UTI measurment

hello all. 

now i am in over my head again. seems the lm35dz sensor is not accurate enough for my use so i went ahead and bought some smartec UTI dil-16 chips. combined with 3wire shielded pt100 

and i find myself reading the datasheet over and over again but i cant quite seem to get it. http://www.smartec.nl/pdf/DSUTI.pdf

i have made the conections as in figure 9 example b and i belive it to be correct but... 

and how am i to measure the temperature in labview ? 

running an arduino mega by the way

How am i to measure the signal and convert it to c`?

It seems you are trying to connect a sensor to an arduino. What does that have to do with LabVIEW? Sounds like you need to find an arduino forum.
