smartscreen warning when installing

I have several program installer all built with LabVIEW 2015.

Some trigger a smartscreen prompt under windows 10 and some don't. What makes a difference to determine if this gets triggered or not?

Everything I've seen about smartscreen seems to indicate that it screens a lot more based on where the file was downloaded from versus the contents of the file.

Are you sure it's content related and not because you're transferring them over the network differently somehow?  Or installing them from different directories on the same PC?  Even something as silly as transferring them over the local network from "\\servername" versus "\\servername.companyname.com" might make a difference.

Or maybe some of the installers include different downloadable libraries in their distributions?

Thanks. This was on a fresh windows 10 install and both installers were downloaded from the same local site to the same downloads folder, extraced, and installed from there. I'll do some more test....
