I just want to know all the options in this area. Does it work fine with the manufacturer's software?

there are Grayscale(U8, I16, U16) RGB(U32, U64). However, I tried all of them only RGB(U32) worked, the rest of them showed error(No decoder available for selected pixel format)

Are you sure the hardware is designed to take still images? When I look at the product page it only mentions video.

well, i checked the product information of my webcam, which should be capturing still images. however, i also found some reviews from other users that some users have the same problem that the webcam cannot capture still images.

is that going to work if i re-instal the Labview(Vision acquisition software)?

I don't know why a re-install would be necessary. Your best bet may be to work around by taking a single frame out of a (short) video.
