snap image through Vision acquisition express, got a totally green image

When I use Vision acquisition express to acquire a single image, it will show a totally green image. However, if I use "acquire continuous image", it will show normally. Please see the attachment what does the "totally green image" mean!

well, it seems that still doesn't work. I also tried to snap continuously, but the second or third was still the green image.

It looks like your video mode and pixel format are not correct. BGRA is a 32-bit value which has RGB and alpha. YUY2 uses 16-bit values and I'm not sure that it has alpha. Try playing with those, or post screenshots showing all the available video mode and pixel format choices.

video modes have only YUY2, and the pixel format has only BGRA 8 PACKED as well
