sub vi front panel opens when main vi opens

Instead of all of this speculation, can you just attach the main and subVI?

shoot!!! - I goofed up.  I had the SubVI called twice in the code and I was only looking at the one instance.  I did have the box checked in the SubVI Node Setup.  Thanks to everyone that looked at this.
