sxci-1000 compatibility problem

My setting is a PCI-6013 card and a SCXI-1000
chassis with two SCXI-1100 module in the first and second slot. A ribbon cable connects the PCI-6013 board to the SCXI-1100 module (first).

I am using LabVIEW 6.0 and NI-DAQ 6.8 on a Windows 98.

After installing the PCI-6013 and starting-up the computer with the PCI-6013 was recognized by Windows. I launched Measurement and Automation Explorer(MAX). The modules were not recognized. Then I tried to install the SCXI Chassis and its modules because the "plug and play" didn't work. I added them manually the SCXI-1000 but when I had create the modules SCXI-1100 (at the second window who appear) I can't connect the modules to the SCXI-1000.

I have checked the ribbon cable. It is connect
ed. I have tried turning off the computer and chassis, turning on the chassis then the computer. The adress in the chassis SCXI-1000 is good. Nothing seems to work.

Please help me!!!

Hi Buddy

Unfortunately the PCI-6013 has no SCXI Support. That means that you cannot use your Chassis with this board. Please check this link for more differencies between a 601x board and a E-Series board:
