I am not meaning to insult you araaz, but it seems like you are relatively new to LabVIEW.
I would encourage you to take the tutorials and learn LabVIEW, as it is quite rewarding.
That being said, if your research, project, job, etc depends on getting data from your scope, you can try

This should let you download some data.
