Use VISA or GPIB Write. Drop the VISA Write function on a diagram, create controls for VISA resource name and write buffer. On the panel, clicking on the arrow of the VISA resource name will show all the names of the connected instruments. Select the one you want, enter the command into the text box and run the VI. This is the traditional way of creating LabVIEW instrument drivers.
