Yes. You use the LabVIEW email function to email your message to the cell phone's email address. The format for the phone's email is usually something like "XXXXXXXXXX@provider.com" (where XXXXXXXXXX is the 10 digit phone number of the phone). The exact address format usually can be found with a search of the cell phone provider's web site. I happen to know that T-Mobile uses xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net and sprint uses xxxxxxxxx@messaging.sprintpcs.com.
