the default size of the indicator does not fit the default display format

Dear LabVIEW fellows and LV support,

the default size of a bewly created indicator does not fit (in width) the default display format (Automatic formatting). Is there any possibility to set a different default format of the indicator/control or a different default display format of those, please?
