the same table with that of SubVI

My single subVI can execute in various modes according to the ENUM value.

In different ENUM value, a table appearance (header, color and cell height / width as well as DATA) will be different in subVI.

How can I copy the same the table appearance exactly in MainVI?

If your table looks right in your subVI and you're not using any property nodes to set it up, then just copy and paste the SubVI table over the Main VI table.

If you are using property nodes to relay out the table in the subVI, then create a reference in the Main VI and pass that into the subVI.  Instead of using property nodes that are linked to your subVI table, use Porpety nodes for the reference you pass in.  The changes made will be made to the MainVI table and not the subVI table.  You can remove the subVI table at that point.
