to analyze evaluation form using image processing vi

I have to scan an evaluation form which has certain questions and responses are marked in the form of dots or ticks. I want to analyze that form using certain image processing VI and then calculate mean, deviation etc.

Somebody please tell me how to go about it and which tools to be used.

Hi,

You can do the same by various techniues. i myself tried it using two techniques: Pattern recognition VIs or by taking difference imaging technique.

Pattern Recognition you must have got , but about 2nd method you must first need to perform affine transformation on image and take difference of the unfilled

form and the filled form and finally apply some logic.The second method gave me more than 99% accuracy.
