two event controls

Hi

I would like to use to event controls in one program... One in a subvi controlling a temperature controller, running continously, and one in the data aquisition program itself. The subvi is a different window.

 Can I do that ?

I know that two events in a program is a source of hang-up but since the event is relative to the front panel of a window, I am thinking it is OK.. (I know that I could do polling in the subvibut I am afraid that will eat too much CPU)

Ton taught mehow to use dynamic event in his Nugget on that topic.

I use that in a lot of my apps and the sub-VI ends up looking like this.
